In fact, if the product you purchase is grossly misrepresented in any way, you are entitled to receive a full refund (less shipping) upon the returning of the product. (grossly misrepresented means you received the wrong product in this case.)

This means if your wallet (or whatever product) falls apart, tears apart, becomes unstitched, snaps come loose, because of manufacturer defect, we will replace the product at no cost to you. We use the word 'limited' for the following reason: If the product falls apart, tears apart, becomes unstitched, leathers crack, snaps come loose or whatever happens, because it simply becomes worn out, then the guarantee is void. Sorry, we will not replace worn out products just because they've rocked out for many years and have finally become worn.
Should you feel that the Anvil Customs product you ordered falls under this Limited Lifetime Guarantee, simply pack in a box along with a return shipping cost of $8 in the form of a US MONEY ORDER (or cash) for our examination and return approval.
